CVD Risk Check
CVD Risk Check is your point-of-care cardiovascular risk assessment tool. This bilingual application simplifies CVD risk assessment and offers health care professionals the opportunity to assess 10-year risk using either the Reynolds Risk Score (RRS) or the Framingham Risk Score (FRS).1-3

Regardless of the assessment you use, CVD Risk Check can help you identify
  • Patients at risk for developing cardiovascular disease
  • Recommended targets based on a patient’s degree of risk

The risk scores can be printed and filed away in the patient’s chart for future reference and comparison.
Regardless of the FRS or RRS, patients with pre-existing coronary artery disease (CAD), peripheral vascular disease (PVD), atherosclerosis and most patients with diabetes are considered high risk for developing CVD.
